The 2026 2nd International Conference on Communication Networks and Smart Systems Engineering (ICCNSE 2026) is scheduled to be grandly held in Hangzhou, China from June 26 to 28, 2026. It is co-hosted by Zhejiang University of Technology and Changchun University of Science and Technology.
